In the first half of 2017, there was 3 residential land sites to having been released for sale the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme including sites at Serangoon North Avenue 1 and Woodleigh Lane under the Confirmed List and the rest under the Reserve List - Yishun Avenue 9 site.
